Well, to start with open questions, I was curious about magic in the world.
Since its post apocalyptic, 'steam punk' may be tricky to do what in the way of projectile armaments. Just a consideration, but it makes me wonder about the state of technology in this setting. Like, civilization has been reduced to medieval standards while the cities down below hold troves of lost knowledge as well as supplies/the means to acquire supplies? (Underground lakes and abandoned greenhouses (that sorta thing))

Lastly, races, I've been working on variations of a race et nauseum and was curious about the freedom of playing a non-standard-fantasy race. I'll probably end up PMing you about it just so I don't make a fool of myself with long explanations for all eyes to see.
