1. For a minimum post, I would say at least two paragraphs. A good number, but also small should you have something like writers block, or are short on time. As for maximum, there is no maximum. If you want to write a novel to post, go ahead. 

2. Post frequency. I would really like for people to post at least once a day, but this is in fact subjective. As, time is a restriction. So, at least every two days? If people can post more then that though, all the better.

3. If more then one person applies for a unique role, I am going to accept the one I find better suited, and talk with the other people who applied about maybe a different role. There will also be a list in the OOC that will tell if any unique roles are taken. So, there is that.
