The bard called for the kobold's attention again. It wanted to ignore the words of the only adversary to be close to it's own size, but it was unable to do so as the insult towards their revered leader pierced it's mind. This was too much for the already strained mind of the creature and it fell down onto the ground. The difference to the rest of the fallen was that the creature's chest kept rising and lowering steadily, so apparently it was still alive. You could never be too sure with these things though. Now that with the imminent danger was dealt with, our heroes were left with a family of frightened, but immensely grateful commoners and the two figures that were having a forced nap. The armed woman now turned to face the remaining participants of the battle, but placed the bottom end of the weapon against the ground and straightened her back to make for a less threatening appearance.
