An totalitarian state that has just finished a major war in their corner of the Galaxy so is more concerned with absorbing their gains rather than any kind of large scale adventures.

I'm still undecided if I will go with a faceless Party officially ruled by a Big Brother type or a Communist/pseudo-Communist state that evolved into an absolute monarchy
