Both of those are open, and both have no notable (or any, really) notes in their lore summaries. So you have about as open a blank slate as any for them.

Might be helpful to read the summaries of Europe or Asia in the lore summaries (posts two and three, respectively) and get a feel for the local area. Or ask some questions, we can answer.
