Valentine sunk into the ground to avoid the Dragon Ascent, emerging from the ground after the tremors stopped. He continued to throw Shadow Balls and even a Confuse Ray out every now and then. The Shadow Balls were hitting but they weren't doing much.

Valentine frowned as he noticed the progress they were making, the lack thereof to he more accurate. Valentine continued to move around so that he wasn't hit, all the while firing off Shadow Balls and Confuse Rays. If they could just get one good hit in, it would turn the tides of battle.
