[@21308]yeah, Vera doesn't seem to have much of an effect of people who already have unlocked powers, unless of course that powered person is tampered with to take in Vera to make them even stronger, which can lead one down the road to becoming a Vera Monster. Powered People using Vera is considered taboo and dangerous
