[@Buddha] I was saying that of Axis powers, not everybody who lived within them. The point I was making was that, compared to the Allies, the Axis approach naturally lent itself to committing atrocities. I think that their policies of aggressive and unrepentant militarism, combined with their views on race and nationalism, just naturally lend them to atrocity. It seems pretty likely that, if they had won, a world dominated by Axis powers would have had more atrocities than the one that happened. And for the record Italians did commit atrocities, they just all happened before the War started. Libya and Ethiopia would have some things to say about Italian atrocities though.
