Jackson is a rather thin individual with a complection that is almost ghostly due to his status of being half-dead. He has a fairly sturdy bone structure despite being thin, so he doesn't necessarily look that thin at first. He's without tattoo or piercing. Jackson can appear at anytime in one of endlessly varying outfits that are typically reminiscent of some era of societal deviance, from grunge rock to cyberpunk. Jackson's endless variety of wardrobe pieces make people wonder where the hell he gets it all. His rather eccentric approach to appearances leaves him to be somewhat hard to recognize if you haven't seen him in months, but the wild black hair and ghostly pale skin typically works best to identify him.

-Half-Ghost: Due to an accident, Terror is considered half a ghost and has many traits of ghosts.

-Flicker: Ability to flicker in and out of corporeal form, can last long enough to let bullets fly through or walk through walls but not much longer without straining himself.

-Light Telekinesis: Able to control a large variety of smaller objects and some larger objects.

-Levitation: Self explanatory

-Inanimate Possession: Terror can take control of certain inanimate objects like cars or bicycles, or even dolls, much like telekinesis, but not too many at a time without causing intense strain.

-Spirit Sight: Terror can see the spiritual world as it overlaps the living, and interact with spirits.

-Nightwalk: Terror is able to enter someone's dreams and remove or create a nightmare, to do so he needs a lock of their hair or an item that means a lot to them, and can do so from up to a mile away.

-Considering his abilities come from his semi-death, Terror can actually kill himself on overuse of his more extrenuous abilities (Flickering and Nightwalking), he'll gradually become paler and translucent as he overuses.

-When Nightwalking in someone's dreams, it is possible for terror to be physically hurt. Any injuries sustained in the dream will transfer to the waking world

Jackson may be a little hard to get used to at first, considering someone who's only half alive here in the living world not going to have a typical outlook on life. Jackson is a little morbid with a humor for death and illness, he's not very used to being considered part dead so he finds anything and everything involving life and death increasingly ironic. However, he does have an understanding that he comes off as creepy so he will often have brief moments of social anxiety in which he feels bad for making people uncomfortable.

Beyond that, Jackson is fairly optimistic and likes to find out new things in the world, often loving to find obscure bands to listen to or off-kilter artists to support. He's often seen as a little childish, but it's mostly due to his outlook on the world being colored heavily by the memories of his daughter Alicia, so he often looks at things the way she would. Getting to know Jackson can often prove very pleasant, if not sad, as his heart is bigger than his creepiness.

Jackson's life was fairly normal up until he was about 25. Up until then he was your average alternative press dude who enjoyed the less loved parts of society and got together with his high school sweetheart and married, their child Alicia born around his 20s and they lived a happy life of interesting Halloweens and his job as a bar owner and tender. Their life was perfect and rather uneventful.

On her fifth birthday, Alicia showed signs of her super powers and burst every light in a mall one day when a wild tantrum sent static electricity on a rampage during a shopping trip to the mall. The event was seen on a security cam and an unknown  got their hands on the footage through means still unknown. A week later at their rural home, men in black vans appeared and stormed the household, killing Chloe, shooting Jackson in the chest clean through, and stealing away Alicia. Jackson managed to hold onto Alicia's necklace as she was being taken away and it ripped away into his hands.

As he lay dying, police showed up after being called by a worried neighbor and rushed Jackson to a Hospital for repairitive surgery in an attempt to save his life. During the recovery period, an unknown priest of unknown denomination came by Jackson's room. The priest knew Jackson would not make it, but felt a strong spirit in him that should not go to waste. He performed a ritual in which to attempt to keep Jackson alive. The ritual succeeded, and Jackson was saved from dying altogether, however, the ritual was not performed with enough speed and part of Jackson's life left him, leaving him in a state of limbo between life and death. The priest was never seen again.

When Jackson came too and left the hospital, he slowly discovered his newfound abilities and decided that he'd use this gift of half-life to exact revenge on whomever took his daughter, and steal her back. Five years later by the time of summoning, Jackson has made his name as a vigilante named Terror who hunts down those who commit crimes against children and families.
