Gotcha
I was feeling for the healing factor it would be mostly concentrated in the wings...his wings are able to come back fully. It does take a while though.

For the rest of him it's quick healing, but definitly not wolverine level
As in a shot to the head is fatal

For strength...hmm...5 tons? Like a smallish African elephant. And he definitly wouldn't be able to lift trains...figure he could work his way up to 5 and starts at a ton? 

Wings I'm thinking black angel style with talons at the bending point.

All this sound acceptable?
