While we already have a Framewerk using a rail gun on the roster, I think I can accept one with more diversity and less base power; the charging ability would still be intact, so you can use a post to charge it and surpass the other gun in power. ABAA will be counted as a kinetic weapon type, while HECC will be counted as an energy weapon type, though to a lesser extent than other energy weapons.
If you add the changes I listed into the sheet, then it is accepted.
