Most of us will most likely have worked out minor families and houses, so it will not be a lot of extra work. Piratepad is a nice writing platform we use for coops at another RP I am in. It's quite convenient and no fuss, basically you get a joined place for writing stuff, where it is marked in colour who wrote what. Conveniently it comes with build in chat.
