[@TheMoatedGrange] If I am not mistaken there is still quite some room. Right south of Turchina and its enclaves and East of Vohemia there is quite some room. Sevanne is out too I think, so that Space is open again. Not an official answer though. 
Vohemia is a bit of the very devout backwater like place and Tuchina is a trading city based on the italian renaissance, with a mighty armada and a bit of influenced by the east.
