I hate to be the one guy to disagree here but I'd be real cautious bringing people in, hate to see the steady (if somewhat slowpaced) group we do have getting derailed/abandoned by others. 

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not necesserily opposed to it...more like, just wana make sure we dont just accept anyone that throws a sheet up.
