*thumps foot against floor*  I feel refreshed now.  Yeah it is so much more fun to torture people than animals anyways In Al's opinion.  They are usually douches that deserve it.  I have a few ideas why else he is here but we will wait until I start writing to see which one sticks.  It will be a surprise to us both.  Yeah the wrist and hand thing is sucking.  I might need to get a brace for work but I will manage.  Have been doing these online exercises I found for it and they seemed to help.  Well with ibuprofen as an accompaniment.
