As my vague memory frames it, a very dark and somewhat tragic villain.  I think he was a monster, but I can't recall.  I love the characters you love to hate and enjoy hating.

Unfortunately, right now Falk merely bothers me.  Gotta work a bit harder, sweetie~  =P
