[@Raineh Daze] 1. The sword is not huge. I glad you didn't actually look at the pic of the sword. 2. Tirial and Marianne has range. Marianne has multiple skills from swordplay to archery to hand to hand to high magic but I'M the one being too powerful when my guy only has swordplay and magic (no offense at all to you harinezumikouken). Tirial is good at swordsmanship AND good at manipulating water/ice for many purposes. Go read over them. 3. Its a word. If it loses meaning in the fantasy world, I give it the meaning. No hostility in my response. [@VitaVitaAR] Edited things. Basically what I put. Fanilly trained with Aleyn for three years and share a bond.
Jack of all trades, master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one. No offense taken. I tried my best to word her abilities to make it clear that while she can sword fight, fist fight, shoot arrows, and cast magic... She can't cleave a person in two with her sword. She can't knock anyone's teeth out or break their jaw in a fist fight. She can't shoot the nuts off a squirrel with her arrows. When she casts magic, it drains her completely. Meant to make her a versatile Knight, but balanced out with drawbacks as far as lack of ability and power. Plus, she's squishy. A few too many hits and she's down for the count. All in all, she's heavily reliant on her speed and precision with the blade. She can't get rough and tumble, down and dirty like some of the other knights.
