Backstory: He's one of the many people who has picked on Kiro all throughout his school years. Now that he has entered high school, he plans on using his superior intellect to bring together the most powerful gang the city has ever known! Using his manipulation skills, blackmail, and lies, the Niijima Alliance will soon tower over all!

Personality: I don't know, he is a very cold-hearted individual who will step on anyone and everyone to get to get himself to the top. Any kindness shown to other characters is simply because he needs them to further his agenda. He's a very statistical-thinking person, gathering data on everyone he meets to learn their strengths, weaknesses, and how he can use that to help in his plans. He's confident in almost everything he does, but will be the first to run away when things don't go as planned. His personality will change over time, as he starts to consider some of his allies his actual friends. This won't be until way later, though.
