The equipment down at the water department could allow us to dig a security trench and we could pile it in an area to build a watch hill on which we could use scaffolding from the construction company lot north west about two miles in a straight line from the school but about 4 if using the roads.

They would have guide wire that we could brace the tower with so we could freestand a Six to Seven story tower on top of the hill giving us a good visual watch distance.

We could also give ourselves a clear field by knocking down the houses an small buildings with the Front end loader an dozer
