[@Kho] Some meetings between you guys or NPC's might not wanna be made public. Thats when we RP via PMs. This could be between you and another player or between you and me. (I'm still keeping an eye even if it's between you and another player)
The choice is always yours if you wanna make information 'public' or keep it hush hush.
