“Well I'm sure there are plenty of pain killers at the hospital, just gotta be quick before the looters get to it.” She teased back with a chuckle, wincing a little when the pain in her arm flared up, “I'll be sure to tell everyone you helped me so you get your hero's medal after this is all over.” She added, her small smirk not fading, even with her injuries feeling like they were getting worse. Ellie looked up when they managed to make it to the hospital, only for there to be a crowd of people there, no doubt some were looking to be helped and others were there to prattle on about the end times and repenting and all that other nonsense that Ellie received when she had arrived home. “Oh good and here I thought we wouldn't have to deal with anymore craziness, guess luck is still favoring the fortunate.” Spoke aloud, mostly to herself, she didn't know what was worse, her being shredded like she was or the fact that there were all these religious freaks trying to get people to repent and go to their religion and all this other stuff that Ellie felt was just pure nonsense. Ellie nodded when she was placed down on a nearby bench and told to wait there, not that she really had any plans to go anywhere else, nor really could she. She continued to pant heavily as small drops of blood fell from the jacket Danica had given her to try and stop or at least slow down the bleeding; her arm feeling like it was starting to pulse as her bit wound began to burn, the sooner she could get patched up, the better. Her eyes felt heavy as she struggled to keep them open, slowly her body slid to the side until she fully collapsed on the bench, she didn't know why she was feeling this exhausted, sure she had been attacked, but she felt much less fatigued moments earlier, perhaps her injuries were already infected, she didn't know. Her attention drew to Danica once more when she used what looked like some martial arts moves to get a hobo looking man away from what looked like a doctor, something that only impressed Ellie more. Ellie saw the two chatting a bit before they made their way over to her, she continuing to hold onto the jacket that was wrapped around her arm as it loosely hung from the bench, a decent sized yet still relatively small pool of blood on the ground. “Oh you know doc, just the friendliness of the apocalypse greeting me in it's own special way.” Ellie spoke up though the question wasn't really directed at her. Wincing when they lifted her up once more and started to take her towards the hospital, though she was feeling tired even more now, her legs tripping up a few times as they got closer to the inside of the hospital.
