As she waited for him to come back, her mind drifted to Teraem, wondering why he would've made Lacain trek out this far into the wilderness just to give him a gift. What was so special about it that it needed to be hidden? And why in a cave that wouldn't even allow her passed the wards? What had he been hiding? Just as she was getting nervous about Lacain's time away, she heard his footsteps as he made his way back to her. When he reached down to help her up, she grabbed his hand and stood. As the cavern began to shudder and tremble, Iyl followed after Lacain as quickly as she could. In the distance she could hear as rocks began to fall from the ceiling of the tunnel. The place was very quickly becoming a deathtrap. As if reading her thoughts, the falling rocks began to catch up to them as they neared the sealed archway. She only hoped Lacain could open it faster than it had taken him before, otherwise, they were done for.
