it's a lotta work for something that a lot of people (generally) do not really use. GoT has like three religions or so, but only 1 is extensively mentioned (The old gods). Besides that I've not really heard any good mention of them. It seems unlikely that people will use a big religion in the RP. But it's up to [@MissCapnCrunch] ofcourse.
