Sabine reached for Peiter's hand and held it while looking at it. She gently ran her thumb over his hand repeatedly while she responded. "I know that you wanted to be a warrior. I know it is hard." Sabine sighed and leaned her head on Peiter's shoulder. "I can say that you do not need two arms to be a mage. You could learn magic some more if you like." Sabine tried not to sound too optimistic in case it was not Peiter's wish. "If you become good enough, you can learn telekinesis. You can move anything with that, with enough practice." [hr] Gallus stared at Ri'vashi with contemplation for a few moments. It was a fair dilemma, and a decision he was glad not to have to make. Still, working out someone else's problems was more cathartic than avoiding his own. With a deep breath through his nose, Gallus spoke up. "Well, both sides have merit. But, I wonder...perhaps you might try looking at it, not with which path you have more control, but where you believe you can do the most good." Gallus raised his fingers from his knee. "You're the better judge of your abilities than I, even if I believe Meesei is right and you're the best general we have. What do you think?"
