As soon as he said the words, he realised what returning would mean. "I guess we'll be back to the normal security routine, huh? These capture missions are the most exciting thing about the job." He frowns, thinking about the kids in the back of the truck. "Why don't we ever get to release 'em back, y'know? I reckon Boss thinks I've got too scary a face to put 'em back where we found 'em. Probably he gets a nice psych or something to calm 'em down and take 'em on a nice road trip first. Needles can make kids pretty scared." Although he takes note of her words he secretly thinks about the chocolate bar he has in his pocket. It wouldn't be too hard to sneak it into one of their hands. Extra sugar would help with any blood they were about to lose.
