I'm going to use GM of the arc authority and I suggest puppeting and glossing over Hero's PC doing the explanation. While I hate doing that, I think it's the only way to go since he's having trouble getting on the collab due to RL. 

If you all need me to puppet Gabe, let me know and I will. However, it might be quicker if you just mention from your pc's point of views that he recovers then begins to explain then gloss over the details. The explanation will likely cover how Rach came into contact with the virus, that the virus is a altered phylactery (alien technology made to alter a host, turning them into a bio-computer), she's currently unstable and has the power to take at least several blocks with the wrong stimulate. He, or someone with computer skills, need to adjust her programming in order to prevent that. It would likely mention that they suspect there's a connection with Gene Co involved and they were the original ones to tamper with it. 

[@fdeviant]: Currently I was talking with Tricks and I just realized the fighting between Rach and Odette would've been rather loud and attention getting. This means we might end up doing another collab where some police will be arriving to a disturbance call then examine the place only to encounter Odette. This would give a lead for any Hero involved (who's not with the rest of the group-though they have to contact me) an easy way to locate Rach and smoothly get involved. Then we will past some time to where Gene Co arrives moving to the climax which it will be safe to assume that the Heroes are all updated and know where Rach.
