[@Nytefall] From what I understand, Racheli was injected with some form of alien virus by the company Gene Co. and, unlike others they have infected, she responded well to it and became a metahuman of sorts, gaining access to certain enhanced states and abilities. She, at some point, got away from them so the Cowl, criminal overlord of Lost Haven, was contacted and his goons were sent to bring her in so that Gene Co. could take her back.

If there are any other important details other than that [@Fallenreaper], could you correct me? I've been keeping up but I'm sure there are a few things I've missed for as long as this arc has been going now, lol.
