All power is vested in the head of government, Roman Ilcewicz, who is the leader of the National Coalition of the Right (NCR), which encompasses political standpoints ranging from national socialism to simple monarchism. Economy: Semi-autarkic centrally planned economy, with a heavy focus on armament production over consumer goods ("guns over butter"). Population: Approximately 9,000,000 with an 85% urbanisation ratio. Society: - Military - Siły lądowe Rzeczypospolitej Radomiu: Land Forces of the Republic of Radom Piechota: The infantry arm of the Armia Radomiu numbers some 150,000 men, organised into 15 infantry divisions of 10,000 men, each commanded by a Major-General (Generał dywizji). 3 infantry divisions make up the backbone of the 5 Armeekorps, which are each commanded by a Lieutenant General (Generał Porucznik), along with two other divisions in an Armeekorps, which usually has an armoured attachment. The regular rifleman of the Heer is equipped with a standard Kbsp wz. 1938M semi-auto rifle or Kbk wz. 1929 bolt-action rifle, three granat obronny wz. 33 fragmentation grenades, a pistol (either a Radom Arms M1935 'Vis' or Walther M1908 'Luger') and is equipped with an entrenching tool, webbing, sufficient ammunition for prolonged combat (5 magazines for the rifle and 3 for the pistol) and a steel helmet capable of resisting shrapnel from artillery shells. A squad of Radomian infantry is comprised of 11 men: the Sierżant (Sgt.), armed with a sub-machine gun (the Pistolet maszynowy wz.39 Mors); the Korporał (Cpl.), armed with a rifle; six riflemen, one heavy machine gunner with an Ckm wz.30 7.92mm heavy machine gun, his assistant with a pistol and finally the MG ammo carrier with a rifle. There are four squads plus a platoon command squad of the Lieutenant (Porucznik) and his four staff that comprise a platoon. Heavy support for the infantry comes at company level. Companies of four platoons will be accompanied by two further platoons: one suppression platoon of 2 mortar squads (6 50mm mortars in total) and 2 HMG squads (with 2 HMGs each), whilst another platoon of tank hunters take care of any armoured threats with grenades and ATRs. Pancerny Korpus: The tank arm of the Radomian military is a relatively new invention. Motivated by technological advancements in armoured warfare, the Republic has funded construction of an armoured force following the introduction of large quantities of armoured vehicles by the great powers. The Radomian tank forces numbers 110 tanks, which compared to the great powers is a pitifully small number, however the tanks that the Pancerny Korpus uses are able to hold their own against enemy light and medium tanks such as the Panzer III and Panzer IV, the BT-series and T-28, the Cruiser series and the SOMUA and H35 series. The main tank of the Radomian tank force is some 65 14TP medium tanks developed in 835 (equivalent to 1936), armed with 47mm L/50 guns from the Faliasièn company Schneider and armoured with 50mm frontal hull and turret armour, 35mm at the sides and 30mm at the rear. The 14TP was developed by PZInz. in response to the developing armoured units fielded by other countries such as Harrlow, the Reich (should the Reich turn on its ally) and Faliase, and Radomian engineers decided that the existing 7TP light tank was insufficient to deal with tanks such as the Panzer IVD, the Panzer IIIE, the T-28 and the Cruiser III, and thusly began work on a new tank which would form the backbone of the new Pancerny Korpus. The resulting designs ended up in the form of the 14TP, which is capable of defeating most tanks on the battlefield, excluding very heavily-armoured tanks such as the Infantry Tank Mark II 'Matilda', whose 75mm of armour is capable of defeating even the 47mm L/50 of the 14TP. However, the 14TP is not the only trick the designers at PZInz had up their sleeve. In response to the PSR's new KV-1 heavy tank, the Republic of Radom's designers at PZInz debated on how to best combat this - it was decided to have a competition between three companies to design a new 'heavy' tank for the Pancerny Korpus. Before, the heavy hitters of the Radomian military had been of Wechseln origin, but it was decided that the Radomian military required home-grown tanks, as supplies of tanks from the Reich had been found to be disappointing at best, and downright scandalous at worst. There were three designing teams for the heavy tank: KSUS, BBTBr.Panc. and finally, PZInz themselves. The design that came out as the victor was that designed by PZInz, the 25TP. This tank, inspired by the KV-1's use of sloped armour, is a veritable monolith of a machine, able to move at a surprisingly fast pace - 35 kph. The front armour is 80mm thick on the turret, and 50mm, sloped at 60 degrees from the vertical, whilst it is armed with a 75mm L/50 wz.28 anti-aircraft gun, which is a locally-produced copy of the 75mm Modele 28 AA by Schneider. However, as it was only recently approved for service, the production of the 25TP has been slow and somewhat troublesome, with only 15 examples produced. However, the 25TP is capable of outstripping any other tank in service with exception to the KV series. Despite its increasing obsolescence, the 7TP light tank has not yet fallen out of service, though most of Radom's old light tank force has been scrapped. However, the Pancerny Korpus can still muster 30 7TP light tanks today, armed as they were with 37mm Bofors guns. Pułki Artylerii: The heavy guns of the Radomian military are a mixed bag of older artillery pieces from their ally the Reich. The artillery regiments can muster 30 105mm leFH/18 L/30 howitzers, as well as 15 150mm K18 L/31 heavy corps guns, with 90 75mm LIG/18 short-barrelled infantry guns providing close artillery support, divided up into the various artillery support regiments. Siły Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Radomiu: Air Force of the Republic of Radom The Radomian Air Force is a mish-mash of various different aircraft types, though most of them are relatively modern. The mainline fighter aircraft of the Republican Air Force is the Heinkel He 112. The He 112 was rejected by the Wechseiner military in favour of the Messerschmitt 109, but the opportunity was snapped up by the Republic shortly afterwards, with an order for 50 aircraft placed almost immediately. The He 112 replaced the PZL P.11 as the Republic's mainline fighter, with the remaining P.11s relegated to training roles. Foreign Relations: History:
