[@Fallenreaper] I just had a terrifying thought. What if a Vampire drank Rach's blood? I'm not sure if the virus could still jump anymore. But if it was ingested by a bloodsucker than what would happen? 

It's not like the virus hasn't encountered alien physiology before. So it could likely adapt to Supernatural beings as well.
