[@DrewVonAwesome] while he isn't legacy my question is how he obtains the name. Is it unrelated to Hulk or related?
Like Sep says Hulkling is not a legacy character at all. The name just came from them at first trying to pose as Avengers so he was suppose to be Hulk since he could be big and green and all. Heck they even addressed this in comic book form... Teddy being super nervous knowing Bruce, and Bruce is just playfully toying with him about it "Oh well that makes me slightly upset..." "Nonononono I didn't mean it like that Bru... Mr. Banner!") That said I don't buy Hulkling being a legacy character at all, She-Hulk is a legacy character, Red Hulk and Red She Hulk are legacy characters. Hulkling is just a guy who called himself Hulkling at first so he could be sort of like Hulk. Heck don't forget Wiccan was named Asgardian at the start. Having changed it to Wiccan because you know... people would find out his gay and... Asgardian becauses a wonderful pun.
