Very much. Very very much. Enough to all-his-Might Vowzra-smash your civilisation into oblivion. He would be [i]creating[/i] destruction. Haven't yet read Antarctic's latest post, but whatever it is, best not to react by creating a space-age civilsation. Unless, of course, you would like to do so in your own plane and have them escape and colonise a planet or something, in which case fair enough. But no space age civ on either Galbar or Arcon.
