Yeah just throw yourself in with one of the groups. Eadwig has brought in a number of reserves in including a baggage train. I would assume the medics came in with Eadwig. I'll probably post up tomorrow, I'm having Independence Day parties.

To add, we have an injured man who needs caring for, and we have 5 prisoners who we either need to execute or put in the prison cart
