[indent]The Founding Family's bulldog, the Black Hound is the fearsome soldier they send when they [i]really[/i] don't want to fuck around. He's mysterious, nobody knows little about him or where he came from, and what is known is that he's incredibly cunning and ruthless. He'll cut down nearly anyone in the pursuits of his masters. The Black Hound is a very tall man (at six-five) that's always hidden behind his armor. Which is a black body armor with shoulder, knee, shin, and elbow pads, and underneath that is a body suit that covers the rest of his body. He throws a long coat over that, and around his waist is a utility belt, that has plenty of compartments - he keeps his holsters with massive revolvers on his hips. His face is hidden behind a large helmet that obscures all of his face, and has a gas mask to deal with those pesky airborn chemicals. His eyes glow bright red with an electronic light. The Black Hound talks very little, and is almost emotionless. Whenever he speaks, his voice sounds very electronically distorted and static-y, almost like she's always speaking through a radio. It almost makes him sound robotic. Right now, the Black Hound is wanted for his involvement with the Overload Crisis, and the kidnapping of a few British politicians... However, he is also feared due to his actions during the latter.[/indent]
[b]Powers[/b]: 
[i]Augmented-Physical Capabilities.[/i]
[indent]It's unknown what his [i]true[/i] powers are, but the Black Hound has, thus far, demonstrated enhanced strength, speed, regeneration, durability, reflexes, and aim. He's very strong, and can shrug off attacks from even the strongest Metahumans. Which have given him the reputation of a boogy man, as he displays horror-movie villain amounts of implacability.[/indent]

[b]Description[/b]: 
[indent]The mysterious Foundation Woman is the [i]voice[/i] and the ears of the Blessed Three. A very high ranking member of the community who does the talking, and settles deals for the Founding Family. If you have an involvement with the Founding Family, you definitely will know of the Foundation Woman. She is so mysterious that no one except for the very top members of the Family have met her. She's the one who also relays orders to one end of the organization to another, and acts as mission control for the Black Hound.[/indent]
