[@BlackSam3091] But yeah, is it okay for a DC Rebirth Wally with a mix of classic Wally?

For example, I don't really have to use everything from DC Rebirth Wally. I just mainly want to use his costume and have his Speed Force lightning blue. 

And is it okay if I change a little bit of Wally's history? Like making Iris be his sister like the CW?
