Wraith's got an app for Nightwing in process, and he's probably one of DC's most popular heroes. The only characters that are officially off-limits are Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), The Flash (Barry Allen), Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, and Cyborg.
