Kellie knows how to make flower bouquets and table pieces - Florist?
Kellie knows how to use a knife - Knife skill, fairly straightforward, subtle art of stabby stabby.
Kellie has the knowledge to make herbal potions against infections - I'm assuming you're going with Basic Herbalism with this one, yes? 

[u]Post-Outbreak Skills[/u]: 

Be on the look out for Walkers - I'm a little fuzzy on this. Observation/Lookout?
Using a gun / killing Walkers - Standard Pistol skill will suffice, aiming for the head is pretty much common knowledge if you're still alive after three years 
Scavenging - straightforward, also useful. 

Clean those up and I think we're good.
