Aurelian smiled. "Maybe we can spy on some of the girls. See what they're up to. I've heard that a few of them hide in places around here. And maybe we can get Jorn to come along with us. That dwarf girl really likes him, I think." For the moment, Jorn was sitting down, contemplating the events of the past day. Arjun had wandered off for now.

Laura blushed a bit. "Well, maybe a [i]little[/i] thing for that. It's not his feet, but the muscles in them. I like strength. A lot of dwarves like strong things. It's in our blood, I guess. Or it's just me. I don't know. But Jorn isn't so strong that he'll be able to beat me easily, as I said. A male dwarf is gonna be a lot stronger than I will be. We can see it in the staff. But a halfling guy, that's different. I guess we all grow up a little like a halfling here. No shoes at this place, you know?" 

She reacted with a laugh when Nick came up. "Smart? Well, I guess so, but the other stuff? I just don't know!"
