[@Themerlinhawk] I wonder if the doctor could find some way to give you an anesthetic to numb the pain in your shoulder, allowing you to go all out without the pain making you wince. It wouldn't fix it but to be sure it could be fun to 'feel like your old self again' from time to time.

I also wonder if I can find some way to create shots of pure adrenaline.
