The Licentia seem the hardest to grasp for me (even to they have a hard time understanding themselves apparently :)) ), but also the most interesting of the races.

1) Prae get energy from the environment, humans generate it, licentia mainly steal it from the other 2. There are 3 realms, but if there's no one to steal it from, you won't find Licentia most of the time. Torquo just has alot around them they can steal naturally.


EDIT: Actually... good question. Seems strange they suddenly get it on Torquo. Licentia are predators, with alot of monsterous forms. Torquo seems like the home of the vegan licentia in that description.

2) I'd bet money on it.

3) A bit of everything, but freeing the city from the current Prae rulers is the plot point. Viva la resistancia

4) Hopefully we won't have to find out. (Some throwing OOC fights "you're all stupid" ect) 

5) Standard Rp rules, you react then act to any situation. Theres no dice roll or anything. Sheets should be up shortly.
