I'll throw some tentative interest in this. I read over the OP and the world seems very interesting to me (I'm a sucker for cyberpunk genres and stories and RPs similar to that kind of fiction and this is a like a good sci-fi/fantasy/cyberpunk mix) and I have a couple character ideas. I'm already in one medieval sort of RP so I can definitely see this one scratching my more futuristic itch. I'll be awaiting the OOC I suppose.
