[indent][list][*]Invisibility: Felicity has the ability to turn herself completely invisible and move around without being seen. Normal cameras cannot pick her up, but infared cameras can still detect her body heat
[*]Telekinesis: Felicity has the ability to pick things up with her mind and move/throw them around. Depending on the weight of said object, it can take considerable effort or no effort at all
[*]Force Field Generation: Felicity has the ability to formulate force fields, either around her or a specific target. These force fields are semi-visible and appear as a light blue circle. She is also able to throw her fields as an offensive measure. Lastly, she can appear as if she is flying by using her force fields and moving them
[*]Illusion Magic Finesse: Felicity has a natural aptitude for illusion magic and likes to practice with it often.
[*]Fame: Felicity is used to being in the spotlight, even if it's off to the side a bit. With this, she does have some fame and can be recognized from her many shows.

[b][u]Backstory:[/u][/b]
[indent]Felicity comes from a lineage of magicians. Magic flows through her family's veins as easily as blood and no one is more evidence of this as her father, Dimitri. The Marcuria family line has strong ties to the magical arts for many years, with each main sibling possessing a particular knack for a certain magic, whether it be elemental, weather, or even blood magic. Dimitri was the oldest sibling among his 8 brothers and sisters and had immense power. This made him the heir to the family's tome and all that came with it. It also made him hated among his siblings.

Dimitri was able to marry whomever he wished and he fell in love with an average woman named Patricia. Patricia didn't know about Dimitri's abilities and was hypnotized whenever she came close to figuring it out. It was best and safest for her to be in the dark about it all. Soon after their marriage, Patricia gave birth to a girl, named Felicity. Dimitri noticed immediately that she possessed the Marcuria line of magical abilities and worried for the girl's future. So he kept her gifts hidden from his other family members, claiming she was just a regular human.

It wasn't until Felicity was 8 when disaster struck. Having been tired of Dimitri's favoritism, the siblings struck back and plotted his death. Their plans went south when Patricia walked in on them and demanded to know what was going on. Rather than continuing their plans, they decided the best course for revenge just happened to walk in on them. Dimitri came home to find his wife comatose. The doctors at the hospital were baffled at what occured and told Dimitri she may never open her eyes again. Anger fueled Dimitri and he launched his own attack against his family, killing 5 out of his 8 siblings before his own father intervened. He banished his children's gifts and prevented them from ever using their magic again. Dimitri and his siblings were distressed, until Dimitri remembered his ace in the whole, and told his father about Felicity and begged him to allow her to keep her powers. His father agreed, but told Dimitri she must be trained and watched over by him, to prevent this kind of thing from happening in the future (and to prevent anyone from harming her).

Years of training and practicing left Felicity with extraordinary gifts. Having an affinity with Illusion magic (the second in her family behind her great grandfather) she was sent off on her own to pursue her own calling.

Life had a strange way of playing and she ended up getting a job as a magician's assistant. She occasionally did jobs for herself, but ended up being the assistant most of the time. She still kept up her magic and practiced whenever she could.

It wasn't until later when she found out about the Justice League's dissapearance. She always heard about them and their journey's and adventures and often was amazed at their powers. The call was evident and the need for heroes grew. Felicity decided this was her calling and, with her grandfather's permission, joined the ranks of the Justice League to help fight the forces of evil.[/indent]

[b][u]Motivation for joining the League?:[/u][/b]
[indent]What's the saying? Always a bridesmaid, never a bride? Well in Felicity's case, it's always the "lovely assistant" and never the "main act". Having been fed up with being on stage as the pretty face for the real magician, Felicity wants to show others what she can do and what better way than to take up the mantle of the world's greatest heroes. Not only that, but she isn't blind to the dangers that are posed with the disappearance of the Justice League. Without them, the world will fall into chaos. It's up to her to do her part.[/indent]

[b][u]What do you bring to the League?:[/u][/b]
[indent]Felicity has magical abilities, that alone should be amazing enough, but she is good for defensive measures primarily, by being able to protect others with her force fields or moving things around with her telekinesis. She can also move around invisibly which may be good for stealth missions. She is not shy around offense and can pack a punch when she needs to.[/indent]
