From my perspective, she has no reason to be rude to him. Not to mention being polite is kind of one of the things she's particular about. Despite his reputation, Rosalina doesn't know much about the dude.

Also I was thinking that in exchange for this favor, Rosalina could request to meet with Luna to ask her about joining the Knights. Obviously she wouldn't be forced to, but it's a good opportunity to spread their cause some more.
