Nazr was in no hurry to catch up with the the others as he still savored the taste of the piranha hound in his tentacles. Though he was conflicted on whether a living brain tasted better than a more developed one, his hunger was satisfied for now. So it was that when he saw the kobolds attacking their lilliputian ally, Nazr ignored the fight, willing to let more bloodthirsty assailants get the full glory instead of getting involved again. So he focused on the mental patterns that the stupid, yet thinking creatures expelled, and attempted to sense the area for any more similar signs.
