He is decidedly stubborn and strong-willed, frequently letting his pettiness and vindictiveness get the better of him. He is seen to be brave, but also on the reckless side. He is also very loyal to his crew and his friends, and would face danger head-on in order to help them. He understands his friends quite well, and always cheers them up when they are down, but also respects their pride and sometimes chooses to step back when he feels that his friends do not need his help. Despite that, he does not hesitate in helping people in danger though, and is frustrated when he cannot do anything to help. In battle, Kilik quite hot-blooded, determined, headstrong and passionate. He can sometimes be inflexible, and loses his temper around others when his feelings get the better of him, especially when his friends get involved. However, he is not too proud to apologize if he does lose his temper. He is tough and resilient in fights, and is not afraid of fighting, even when he is outnumbered. In fact, he enjoys fighting, seeing it as a challenge, and can be quite competitive. He does not care about finesse in fighting, as long as he wins in the end. He dislikes sitting still and doing nothing and considers technical conversations and strategies to be quite boring. He is quite direct when it comes to telling people how he feels and can be quite aggressive to those he considers his enemy.
Home Island/Sea
Sabaody Archipelago
History
Kilik was born in Sabaody Archipelago on the First half of the Grand Line, at a time where the World Government had complete control over it. He lived with his mother, and a kid brother in Area 9. On one of the visits by the World Nobles to the island in a lookout for 'new' slaves, Kilik (age 10) witnessed the murder of his mother as she tried to stop them from taking his younger brother. He managed to barely escape and hid in the darkness of the alleyways. After a few days, after spotting the same World Nobles wandering on another 'slave hunt', he followed them to their mansion with a thirst for revenge. At nightfall, he returned with a knife and managed to sneak into the mansion up to one of the World Nobles' bedrooms.  He walked to the bed along the dim light cast by the moon, and drew his knife over the World Noble. However as he thought through killing the man lying before him, a scream rung throughout the mansion. In a moment of distraction, the World Noble woke up in shock, drew a pistol from beneath his pillow and fired around randomly in fear for his life. Kilik's body which had turned stiff in a gush of fear and adrenaline, watch in an almost slowed motion as the man in front of him emptied his gun, at which at the same time, his left eye started to turn blurry. Following a second of complete silence, Kilik flung at the man with his knife, driving it into the heap of flesh the man had for a belly. Simultaneous with the killing of the man that murdered his mother, was the draining adrenaline followed by the heavy exhaustion from his empty stomach and weak body. As tears fell from his eyes, a sparkle of light near the window drew his attention. He turned around, and there, by the table next to the large window featuring the calming moon, was the item shined as the moonlight fell on it, as though it was his prize.  As his consciousness started to fade away, he rubbed his blurry eye as he walked towards the table to see the the item better. And there, on an elegant plate, laid a fruit, a Devil Fruit. Driven by his extreme hunger, he bite into the fruit as he sat down because of his weakening knees due to his fatigue. With the bitten fruit in his hands, he looked through the window, gazing at the moon,  interrupted by a second scream from within the mansion, this time, followed by a rush of steps growing closer to the room. As his body slowly failed, he slowly laid on his back, looking up at the ceiling, with an unimaginably horrible taste in his mouth, and as his conscious slowly faded away, he faintly hears the door open as a feint silhouette of a person stand above him.  As he woke up, Kilik was on a bed in a dim cold room, with an eye patch covering his left eye. He was shortly greeted by a man who walked into the room. The large man grabbed a seat and pulled up next to the bed, and following some basic questions, asked Kilik about his story.  After understanding that the little boy was now an orphan with the actions he committed that could bring about the end of his life, and that he was now a Devil Fruit user, the man made him an offer to which Kilik had the option to refuse; to join their family. Kilik first asked about his little brother, who was nowhere to be found. The man explained that members of this 'family', who where on a mission in the World Nobles' mansion to 'retrieve' a Devil's Fruit that they were informed about, ran into the collapsed Kilik . He continued to explained that it was likely that following the first scream in the mansion after their cover was blown, the other two World Nobles could have fled with their convoy, probably taking his kid brother with them along with a few other slaves. With nowhere to go, no leads on his little brother and a murder that has the World Government looking for the person who've committed it, Kilik decided to accept the man's offer and join them. After a short recovery, the large man visited him again in the same room, this time he told to Kilik that his new start would take place with them: in the Revolutionary Army. Under the fatherly guidance and professional mentor-ship of that man, Kilik honed his powers and trained his body, and was sent on several missions. On one of his missions (which he suggested), he was sent to Tequila Wolf, where his objective was to weaken and push back the  World Government forces as much as possible, who had retaken the bridge in an effort to build it again. The mission went horribly wrong, and he ended up losing two of his closest friend's. Shortly after, Kilik's mentor set out on a mission that he didn't come back from. Following his mentor's departure, Kilik set out to sea to find his long lost brother, and to explore the world, with underlying hope to find a family once more. After receiving news of his mentors death, he forsook the idea of returning to the Revolutionary Army, having lost another member of his family as well to the World Government.
Fruit
Ponpu Ponpu no Mi (Pump Pump Fruit) Ponpu Ponpu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil fruit that enables its user to function like a pump. The major strength of this fruit is that it gives Kilik the ability to change parts of his body into differently sized piston pumps that build up pressure to dramatically increase offensive power and deal heavy damage to opponents. The pressurized air trapped inside the body can be released through empowered attacks, which can deal a serious amount of internal damage to the opponent, or cause collateral damage to the surrounding environment. When applied to his legs, it gives Kilik amazing jumping ability, allowing him to launch himself at incredible speeds to deliver attacks enhanced by the high magnitude of momentum due to pressure difference. By applying this ability to the arms, he can release strong, long ranged attacks. Finally, pumping more times means higher pressure build up which means more powerful attacks. This ability can be used in a variety of ways. These range from simply moving from place to place, or delivering pressure-boosted punches. He has also developed several methods of combat during his training, adapting new forms by manipulating bodily functions. He utilizes it to imbue and strengthen his arms and legs when necessary.

Proficient Swordmanship: By no means is Kilik a master, but he can hold his own against one. Kilik is in possession of a Tanto, but rarely uses it in battle. It involves Kilik turning all or selected body parts into varying sized pistons to build up pressure through self-pumping or outside situations or as a means of attack. He can alternate between this mode and his normal condition freely.

Mode Out: In this versatile out put form, Kilik creates focused outlet points on different parts of his body to relieve built up pressure. This results in simple boosts to move to long range blasts of pressurized air, depending on how much is built up in the body.
Fighting-Style
Kilik's fighting style revolves around his Devil Fruit and martial arts. Using devastating pressurized punches, kick, elbows and knees to completely overwhelm, and destroy his opponent.
Ship Position
Captain of the Djinn-13 Pirates
Bounty
100,250,000 Beli

Djinn-13 Pirates

"This is how the Djinn-13 say 'hello'."
Due to the World Government's "unawareness" of the still existing slavery despite "abolishing" it long ago, it still existed due to the World Nobles, any form of Justice that the Marine's claimed to have started to become somewhat hypocritical since slavery and its practices are ultimately the antithesis of justice. As a further sign of hypocrisy, the Government is fully willing to recruit powerful and influential criminals (specifically pirates) to become their allies, namely the Shichibukai. The government pardons all the past crimes committed by these pirates, along with any other criminals who work directly under these pirates, and would allow them to keep committing more crimes to a certain extent, willing to overlook certain things simply to maintain their hold on society's faith in the strength of "justice". Thus, the Djinn-13 crew toke it upon them to bring to justice what the World Government has decided to overlook.
