[@Raineh Daze] The [url=http://www.medieval-weaponry.co.uk/acatalog/89MEN-920-1.jpg]bill[/url] is hardly a specialized weapon, and the rondel dagger was in widespread use in the later era when knights in plate armor were commonplace. Since everyone here except my merc lady seems to have plate armor that corresponds to the 15th century or thereabouts, it's not a stretch of the imagination for such armor and/or cavalry defeating weaponry to exist as well. Plus, they might well know the knights are after them and would prepare as such, probably expecting a cavalry force. [@Zebanamana] No worries, never came off to me that way. Just figured I'd point out the downside of fighting on horseback as well :P
