[@Fallenreaper] Yeah, I do like the idea of changing and growing more than just starting out Icon-class and not being able to move much further up from there. She is world-level, but she's so inexperienced with her powers that a capable enough city-level hero could incapacitate her for a little while. Heck, with her cuffs still active, any civilian can shoot or otherwise smack her cuffs hard enough to activate them, which knocks her out for at least a minute or two. She runs extremely fast, but hasn't developed any rapid reflexes yet, so she's about as fast and skilled at fighting as a suburban housewife. Just don't let any of her blows land. :o
