[@ON] Apologies, it's been a while since I've done any forum RP-ing so my etiquette is a bit rusty. I'm glad everything is to your liking though :)

I'm going with the angle that the Bureau of Investigations (the precursor to the FBI) had been keeping tabs on Dr. Atkins and the strange rise in psychiatric committals in Arkham for a while. They believe that he may have been working on either an ancient weapon or some sort of lost technology and that his death was not a suicide but rather an assassination by foreign agents. Beyond that (or whether or not these assumptions are correct) the BoI doesn't know a great deal about the particulars of Atkins' work.

As far as connecting with other characters, Argus is going to set down in a local hotel, make contact with Barry Lexington for questioning and then go from there.
