I saw it, i thought I already posted something for it, but I guess my phone crapped out on me.

As far as the CS goes it's alright, though the only gripe I have about his abilities is the memory thing. I'm sure it'd cause some confusion with whoever is affected, though I'm a bit concerned about powers that could manipulate one's memory of events. not only that but if his abilities are going to be time based, I kinda want to know what his future abilities may be and judge those as well. Generally speaking, time manipulation, anything that affects the mind, and teleportation tends to be highly abusable abilities.
