I do believe all of the characters must be minors. Potato might be willing to have an older character, I'm not sure, but I'd operate off of the assumption that they need to be 18 or younger. Plus, I doubt any adult would make it super far with a band of juvenile delinquents who all probably dislike authority a good deal :P
