[@Darked13]'s review
Telepathic offense and Telepathic resistance should not exist in the same character to the extent that Archene has them. Either he can implant seeds into a person and they can telepathically communicate both ways with him being vulnerable to attack (though he can be largely immune from non-infected individuals) or he ought to be outright unable to telepathically commune with other species due to the incompatibility of his mind with that of others. I'm not going to budge on that. The ability needs weaknesses and those are my two suggestions. If you can convince me of another weakness for those that is equally as valid, go ahead :) Explosive Seeds should not be capable of going within a person. My reasoning is as follows: The density of Vis within an explosive seed is such that it cannot transmit vis outside of itself to reach him (provided it is a symbiotic seed) without destabilizing and exploding which would do no good for him since it'd always kill the host. If someone overloads a seed, it is overloaded and dies/disintegrates. It does not explode. Otherwise it makes his seeds impossible to get rid of by an unwilling party and that is unfair to other players. In regards to the normal explosive seeds, the moment he tried to insert them and they made contact with the other person's Vis/anima, they would explode and seeing as he'd need to be fairly close to do that, the explosion would be big enough to severely damage or outright kill him and his target. So yeah. I'm vetoing the inserting of explosive seeds of any kind into another person's body. You may flick or throw the explosive seeds for combat, but not insert them. To offset this loss of ability and make sure that things are still on the level of an Eximius Lord, feel free to have him be capable of accelerating the absorption of vis that his seeds may cause. This will allow him to monitor enemies in his territory and deal swift judgement on dissenters by way of draining their Vis to dangerous levels so that he need not fight them (since they'd be too weakened to fight), but can deal with them in whatever method he sees fit. Humans and Prae will be a bit more resistant to the above ability due to the fact that both regenerate energy--the humans at a gradual, but still notable pace, and the Prae at a faster pace, though not a ludicrously fast one.
